Where are we?

TRIBE is situated at BN3 5NT, an industrial estate just off of Portland Road, Hove. Limited car park spots are available however we are situated within a 5 minute walk from Portslade Station and moments from multiple bus routes.

What do we do?

We do HIIT and we do it REALLY well. TRIBE has been around since early 2009 so we have a sound understanding of what the people of Brighton and Hove are after. Our membership consists of free gym access too so no need to join another gym as well!

What facilities do you have?

The studio has a helpdesk to meet and greet you upon arrival. We have a safe place to store your belongings in separate male and female changing rooms as well as showers too. We have a communal sauna which is available from open til close every day.

How do I join?

Simple, at the top of this page hit ‘MEMBERSHIP’ and choose your membership. After paying, you’ll be able to start booking immediately!

Can I pay cash or card?

You can pay cash for any voucher or pay in advance memberships as well as card. Our monthly membership is a fee taken from a credit or debit card of your choice.

When is the first payment?

For the monthly memberships the first payment will be taken on the day you sign up. The following payments will come out on the same date of the month which you signed up on. Eg if you joined on the 10th of the month, all payments will come out on the 10th of every month following.

How do I book sessions?

All of our sessions can be booked through our unique booking system which is FREE to download to your smart phone for Apple and Android users. You can also book your first free session on the app too! If you do not have a compatible smart phone, then you can click sign in at the top of the page to get directly to your account, our timetable and to start booking your sessions!

Do you offer discounts for referring friends?

YES! We have a member rewards program which not only gives you points for referring your mates to join TRIBE, but everything from attending sessions, completing challenges and spending in our shop earn you points too. The points can be traded in at any time for vouchers, merchandise and special one off prizes which we release every now and then!

Do I have to be fit to do TRIBE?

Nope! You have to start somewhere right? TRIBE is completely scalable to the individual. It can be your first ever gym workout or your 1000th, you will fit right in. Our instructors are there to keep an eye on you and ensure you are doing everything correctly. There is a variety of sessions to pick from and a wide range of different weights to pick too. Don’t be scare to ask us! We really want to help you and that is why we are here!

How do I cancel my membership?

If you ever feel the time has come to move on, we won’t stop you. Our monthly membership is no contract so all we need is 14 days notice before your next payment date to process this.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yup! If you are away for a while or are unfortunate to be injured, we allow our members up to 2 months per year on freeze. This means that instead of your standard monthly amount being taken, we will take £5.00 instead. This then prevents you having to cancel, sign back up, pay another joining fee and lose your exclusive rate!

Can I have a look at the studio?

YES! We would LOVE you to come check out where the magic happens. Simply get in touch with us and we will arrange a convenient time with you to come take a look. You can sign up to your first session free right here, which takes moments!

I have an injury, can I still do TRIBE?

This all depends on you and your injury. Firstly we advise seeking professional advice before exercising. Your GP is a good place to start. If you are given the go ahead to exercise, we are able to change some of the exercises that you cannot do or find difficult. You must let the instructor know before the session begins so we can plan this in advance for you.

What age is TRIBE for?

TRIBE is for individual aged 18 years and over.
